Channel Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented Channel Operations Manager is responsible for the global channel operations support across all geographies and will manage support functions essential to Channel Team productivity. This includes business planning, reporting, quota setting and management, and channel processes optimization. Channel Operations Manager reports to Acronis Channel Chief.

Support Channel Chief, Channel Program Managers and Sales Leaders on business planning and partners performance review.
Coordinating the forecasting processes regionally and across strategic business units with the use of collaborating tools.
Lead the partner rebates planning process for Global Channel Team.
Ensure timely scheduled partner rebates payouts.
Maintain and validate partner levels in Acronis Partner Program against qualification criteria
Improve Acronis Partner Portal Operations
Establish high levels of data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Create and constantly improve Global Channel Team operational framework including processes, tools and reports
Fulfill regular and ad hoc reporting requests. Enhance reports on an ongoing basis
Identify opportunities for improvement and attend quarterly regional action planning meetings
Identify areas for automation, create requirements, drive automation efforts with Cyber Systems Team
Work closely with the regional field and inside channel organizations to build profitable, balanced and compliant businesses.
Implementation of sales tools, policies, directions, and guidelines to standardize high quality channel sales processes across the globe
Support the Global Channel Team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes


Bachelor or Master degree (Economics, Business Studies, Computer Science is a plus)
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Sales Operations experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Project Management skills
Structured approach, strong analytical skills
Familiar with CRM tools and systems, especially SFDC
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
Ability to deal with ambiguity across multi-country/cultural environments
Highly positive personality and ready to deal with conflict constructively
Comfortable with a hands-on role. Strong communications and cross-functional management skills
