Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Services Organization (BSO) is looking for a proactive and multitasking professional, with strong communication and project management skills to join our team in Sofia!

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that all aspects of the office are in compliance with local legislation
Oversee building projects
Ensure the building meets legal, Health & Safety (H&S), and security standards
Develop and instate necessary guidance & policies to ensure smooth facilitation of day-to-day office operations and ensure a positive experience for all employees
Have full ownership of Facility budget, preparation & management. Forecast facility's upcoming needs
In line with Procurement Guidelines, conduct market sourcing and “best value vs. cost” analysis. Identify supplier, oversight of CMS & SAP vendor activation
Support with the implementation of H&S initiatives
Support with periodic Audit and ICC testing requirements
Act as the main point of contact for all office maintenance & repair topics
Support with the set-up of company events, initiatives & campaigns
Oversight and control of all office supplies with proper assessment and discretion
Maintain Car Matrix updated (in alignment with Procurement & Green Fleet requirements)

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other relevant field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience ideally in a multinational company
Self-driven & proactive approach, with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work with strict deadlines
Strong project management skills
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Experienced user of MS applications
Knowledge of SAP or any ERP system would be a plus
