Job Description

Working closely with a team of UK based analysts, you will provide excellent client delivery and support across a range of vertical markets and products. This role allows you to develop a wide variety of business, technical and interpersonal skills, working with some of the world’s largest organizations, helping them react quickly to market opportunities and conditions, and supporting them with configuration changes to protect their business and customers from potential fraud attacks.

What you will be doing:

· Leading client workshops and eliciting relevant solution requirements
· Producing required project documentation, to both internal and external parties, in line with governance
· Attending and contributing to or leading design and review process as appropriate with guidance, supervision from Product Consultancy
· Maintaining client engagements from end-to-end.
· Ensuring specification and design of solutions meet defined business needs, retaining compatibility with solution architectures, conforming to corporate standards, within constraints of cost, commercials, time, security and sustainability
· With support from delivery leads, ensuring all issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
· Delivering informative, well-organized presentations of the overall solution delivered to other teams
· Working closely with project manager to assess, plan and organize project workload to meet project commitments within agreed schedules, including own workload and that of others.
· Knowing and following Experian internal procedures.
· Contributing into existing process and feedback, share findings with peers from other teams and management where required.
· Seeking opportunities to coach junior members of the team in the use of software and methodologies
· Maintaining awareness of latest business and market developments.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

· University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric and/or IT content is desirable but not essential
· 3 years of relevant experience in software delivery
· Experience in client delivery or supporting client solutions.
· Fluency in spoken and written English
· Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Thorough understanding and experience of the project delivery lifecycle
· Readiness to support the low-level architectural solution design, configuration and quality assurance of all project implementations on multiple complex strategic deliveries
· Ability to document low level solutions
· Understanding of how to interpret client business needs, implement and translate them into application and operational requirements that can be clearly articulated to peers and clients at the appropriate level
· A forward-thinking team player who will offer ideas on how to evolve how we deliver to our clients
· Possess a working knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies.

It would be considered an advantage if you have:

· Knowledge of XML/JSON.
· Technical knowledge around SDKs for device products is highly desirable.
· Knowledge of WPS / SAS
· Fraud industry knowledge.
