Our partner is a leading international company within the additives and ingredients sector. For their team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join on the position of:


Main responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy & the budget of COSMETICS-DETERGENTS-PHARMA Business Unit in the country for all product sectors, through customers’ relationships, accurate and ongoing sales pipeline, development of the company’s branding and professional profile, creation of revenue opportunities etc., in close collaboration with all the Sales Managers.
Responsible of generating new ideas & sources of revenue through suppliers and products for growth of COSMETICS-DETERGENTS-PHARMA Business Unit.
Direct, support and develop a dynamic B.U. team of Sales Managers, through role-model sales attitude & actions, through accurate & objective measurement of results, and through focus on the development & reward of people.
The success of this role will be measured by reaching business targets of the Business Unit, keeping at the same time a strong morale and engagement in the team.

Mandatory academic background in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering. MBA degree will be considered a plus
A minimum of 10 years relevant experience and an outstanding record of accomplishment as a Business Development/Commercial/Sales Manager in B2B companies of COSMETICS-DETERGENTS-PHARMA Raw Materials
Fluent English
PC literacy (MS Office, Internet)
Driving license
