YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides holistic market analyses based on retail, macro, consumer, shopper, and other market insights.
Owns end-to-end process in providing valuable, understandable & actionable insights - from technical data extraction and reports, to analyses and presentations.
Collaborates cross-functionally within the company and research providers.
Participates in organizing consumer and market research and identifies business issues and opportunities.
Prepares and comprehensively presents analyses.
Supports variety of projects and initiatives to facilitate the creation of customer & category growth strategies.
Organizational details: Reporting to Insights Manager as part of the Marketing Department

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree in Business / Economics / Marketing / Finance / Statistics / Sociology / Mathematics field
Experience in Sales / Marketing analysis, Business planning, Data analytics / Data processing / Demand planning, preferably in multinational environment.
Knowledge of MS Office: Expert knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Outlook (Power BI, Nielsen, SAP is an advantage).
Skilled in Planning, Project Management, Time management, Work with minimum supervision
Ability to identify and explain business impacts, connecting the dots between different sources.
Strong presentation & communication skills
Fluency in English
Result-orientated with readiness to seek and find solutions.
Teamwork attitude and interested in continuously learning and developing.
