PAY & EDM SOLUTION INTEGRITY ANALYST
Job Summary
The Pay & EDM Solution Integrity Analyst, will maintain, integrate, and implement moderately complex software applications within the organization. In this role, you will work on a global team to implement Payroll and Employee Data Management solutions in alignment with HR IT architecture and HR business processes.

Key Accountabilities
Use a general understanding of architecture standards and business processes to define and govern the software applications direction.
Participate in investigations of moderately complex business and system issues to research and identify innovative solutions.
Follow documentation standards, test and debug software applications, configure software and support deployment and cutover activities to implement solution applications.
Compile, prioritize and coordinate implementation of enhancements and defect fixes
Support the execution of the strategy and planning of payroll and employee data management applications in accordance with software compliance standards.
Interpret and understand data and business reporting from complex process areas across a subset of the organization.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Support backlog and moderate to complex tasks assigned as part of Product Teams.
Participate in cross-functional testing by creating scenarios, executing test cases, help signing-off and moving changes to production.
Integrate process areas including data, business, reporting, and security across a subset of the organization.
Ensures all documentation is properly updated and supported according to company policies, procedures, regulatory practices, and legal requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Experience with SAP SF Employee Central and Payroll replication activities
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience of at least three years related work experience
Previous experience implementing Employee Central / Payroll solutions across HR organizations.
Knowledgeable in moderate complex Data model architecture.
Follow compliance standards and work as a member of a global team to implement changes that suit the application development strategy of the business.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate presentations to internal and external groups.
