Strategy development manager - Insurance

The main duties will include:
Develop insurance as a new service for the company’s portfolio of products and solutions;
Create and implement the insurance policy and strategic plans for the company;
Research complex insurance models in the fin-tech sector and apply them in company’s insurance plan;
Effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with internal departments to ensure an exceptional servicing experience for our borrowers;
Prepares deposit batch for any insurance payments received in the office;
Play a leadership role in cross-functional project teams, and work as a business partner with other teams including analytics, marketing, sales, finance, is and service teams;
Support marketing, proposition and sales activity to develop company`s insurance proposition and differentiation, and champion this internally and externally;
Specify, interpret and critically appraise commercial & operational analysis both in the formation of business cases, but also in monitoring performance of initiatives to demonstrate success;
Initiate and manage complex projects including business case formation and insurance initiative design, communication of proposition and achieving sign off from senior stakeholders;
Demonstrate effective project management including monitoring of key performance indicators and delivery milestones, and effective stakeholder engagement and management;
Promote a culture of collaboration and build strong, credible relationships with a wide range of internal and external partners to facilitate the successful delivery of insurance management initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree of in business and administration or a more advanced degree Insurance, Economics or Finance;
Management experience minimum 5 years;
Fluent English is a must;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment by applying Guiding Principles;
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills.
