PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Position summary
The Portfolio Manager will support putting together structure, develop management and execution portfolio of projects and programs and will be responsible for aligning portfolio and program outcomes, objectives to strategy as well as the program sponsors to deliver business outcomes necessary for the enterprise/group or function. In this role, you will provide oversight and leadership to program or project managers and deployment teams and will partner across businesses and functions to develop the overall portfolio and program approach and business outcomes and metrics necessary to drive the initiatives,
You will be accountable for design and rollout of an implementation and all interconnected processes within a business.
In this role, you will lead business readiness activities to ensure processes, data and information are established and streamlined for a successful implementation. You will be critical to drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and collaborate effectively with all levels within the designated organization and enterprise and supporting functions.

Major Tasks
Align and manage stakeholders across functions regionally and globally including development of a strategic program approach within each program or portfolio area and across locations
Lead the implementation of system and process deployments to enable business capabilities & Audit outcomes
Gather and document business requirements, validate system configurations and ensure processes meet the business needs
Partner with technical teams & portfolio Analyst to ensure the design, build and delivery of all in scope business processes to enable business capabilities
Support the execution of the change plan and promote process change in the organization with collaboration from the change, communication and education team
Provide regular progress measures to identify variances from the plan and take corrective actions as needed for timely implementation
Define deployment objectives and scope utilizing knowledge of project management practices and procedures
Lead efforts in collaboration with the portfolio lead to deliver desired business results of key projects, programs planning and prioritization to meet commitments aligned with organizational strategy
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Excellent English language
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading and managing projects with change management elements
Experience working in complex business segments or multiple locations with extensive product deliverable requirements
Previous experience with Clarizen is an advantage
