ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
As a Brand Manager Premium Spirits (Execution Focus) at Coca-Cola HBC, you play a pivotal role in localizing and enhancing our Premium Spirits strategy, performance and presence in the market. You are responsible for developing and implementing brand-building initiatives and campaigns that resonate with our brand owner’s priorities and align with our company's objectives.

YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy Localization: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies with exclusive focus on the Bulgarian market to strengthen brand equity, increase brand awareness, and drive brand loyalty.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize profitability.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis in collaboration with our Marketing Insights team to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand growth.
Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve the brand identity, brand guidelines, and visual assets, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote brand awareness and engagement.
Content Development: Create and oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand content, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia materials.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, consumer feedback, and market trends to refine brand strategies and initiatives.
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and branding principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies
University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Business fluent level of English
