Job Summary
The Associate Learning Services Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering Global learning and development programs that support our employees’ professional development. In this role, you will use your interpersonal skills to build partnerships and credibility with internal clients. You will collaborate with and coordinate appropriate resources such as LMS systems, instructional designers, instructors, speakers and coordinators to ensure effective execution of all learning and development initiatives in the region.

Key Accountabilities
Manage the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, enrollments, logistics, communication, pre work distribution and post delivery follow up with participants and their managers.
Maintain global program tools such as online collaboration sites, document management and learning management systems.
Organizing, scheduling, and coordinating training classes employees within an organization
Collect and maintain information to evaluate program effectiveness, measure business impact and gauge client satisfaction.
Handle issues and problems independently, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proficient with email, spreadsheet, word processing, video call and content management applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with learning management systems (LMS), preferably on SAP/ Degreed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience working with global learning program coordination and other learning systems and tools such as registration systems and training and development applications
Strong project management skills
