Key Responsibilities:
Take direct, appropriate, and timely action to meet travelers' needs and resolve difficulties and conflicts
Communicate with regional travelers and travel planners as needed
Support and assist with corporate training sessions related to travel
Support multiple resources in operational and administrative support functions
Expats documentation (residence permit, ID cards, A1 certificates etc.) incl. visit
Invitation letters incl. notary justification (incl. visit)
Communication with third parties
Other personal support for expats (Metro cards, stolen/lost documents etc.)
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum one year of administrative or technically relevant work experience preferred, with ability to handle routine tasks and operational issue
Excellent communications skills in English. (French, German or Dutch is a plus)
Experience in travel agency or assisting a regional travel desk for a multinational company
Sensitivity to deadlines and ability to pay attention to details in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Capability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
