Position summary
The Trainee HR Service Desks with Spanish serves internal project within the Service Desk teams. It is responsible for a stabilizing the new process around the implementation of T&A system for the employees – profile creation, profile updates and termination, absences input, comparison between system and manual input files. The role also serves various administration activities related to sick leave certificates processing and year-end L&D services.
*The internship is for a period of 6 months.

Major Tasks
HR Administration:

Creating/updating/terminating employee profile in T&A system;
Recording absences in T&A system and processing them in SAP;
Checking correctness of employee bookings in T&A system
Working on requests mainly connected with T&A
L&D year-end activities
Manage the distribution of the documentation to the right folder for employees;

Participate in additional projects within the GHRSO assigned by the direct manager
Qualifications & Skills
Good level of English language proficiency (B1/B2) both written and spoken;
Good level of Spanish language proficiency (B1/B2) both written and spoken;
University education or ongoing;
Experience in HR administration or administrative role/training is an advantage;
Excellent administration skills;
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
Good technical PC knowledge;
Good command on Microsoft applications.
