Position Title: Digital Experience Specialist

The Experian Digital Media marketing team are looking for a customer-focused digital marketer to join the experience and optimization part of the team, responsible for creating engaging user experiences and valuable journeys across our online presence to optimize for lead generation and engagement.

The role of the Digital Experience Specialist will be an important part of the experience and optimization team – being heavily involved in developing best in class user journeys for each segment of our user audience, creating engaging digital content experiences and being a champion of best practice in SEO, UX and testing.

We are looking for a digital marketer with a lot of experience managing website content, an active interest in UX, great knowledge of SEO best practice and a hunger to develop your skills further. With a passion for delivering best in class user experiences through gathering user requirements and testing, you will put what you have learned into practice. You are data-driven and really comfortable using website analytics to get the info you need to measure success. Creativity is a must when it comes to finding inspiration for creating new experiences and augmenting existing ones – you will need to be able to wireframe and prototype your ideas ready for testing and development. You will also be skilled at handling a busy workload and ensuring SLAs are met.

The main responsibilities will include:
Updating content on the B2B website using CMS
Preparing content ahead of uploading
Ensuring SEO best practice
Creating new design elements to enhance user experience which can be tested for impact on conversion and engagement
Scoping, scheduling and executing planned site tests
Analysing site and test performance to identify new growth opportunities
Reporting on website performance against KPIs
Assisting in defining user journeys
Assisting in defining audience segmentation
Implementing and supporting third party integration through Google Tag Manager
We are looking for someone with experience in:
Website content management (Adobe Experience Manager knowledge preferred but not mandatory)
Intermediate HTML and CSS knowledge
User journey mapping and design
A flair for creating design concepts – ideally with experience with Photoshop/image editing
Wireframing and prototyping
Conversion rate optimisation through A/B, MVT and user testing
Reporting and analytics – knowledge of Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics preferred
Creating and implementing third party integrations using a tag manager
Applying SEO best practice to all activities
Collaborating with teams and stakeholders across different locations
Javascript knowledge preferred but not essential
Experience in Agile working for marketing preferred
