It’s only natural that we’ve come to the point to expand yet again and add another office to our business history, with points of contact in Sofia and Plovdiv already up and running. We’re currently looking for a motivated professional who will step in and take the lead as:


Job Purpose:

A Regional manager is responsible for all of the functions of a branch office like providing direction and inspiration for the team within the branch, create an environment which will accelerate profit growth, recruit retain and develop the best people to provide a superb service to customers. A Regional manager is also responsible for making sure that the branch's goals and objectives are met.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for one branch location – Varna region.
• Oversee all areas of the business.
• Spending 60% of the time on sales activities – searching for a new clients, meetings with clients, negotiable and etc. This may change depending on the size of the staff.
• 30% of the time will be focused on hiring, training and developing staff.
• Focusing the staff on building productive candidate and client relationships, to enhance the success and profitability of the branch that they lead. This will also vary depending on the size of their staff, the more staff they have the more time they will spend hiring, training and developing.
• The remaining 10% of their time will be focused on operations.
• Control of the day-to-day recruitment consultants of the branch activities in accordance with overall company policy.
• Provides coaching and direction to the recruitment consultants to take action and to achieve operational goals.
• Takes part in annual budgeting; planning activities.
• Analyses results, prepares reports and statistics.

• An experienced manager with a sales/recruitment background is a must.
• A demonstrable record of achievement both personally and through the team.
• Experienced in running a business profit and loss.
• Excellent people skills through the use of listening, influencing, negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and goals.
• Fluent in English.

The successful candidate will show a strong ability to deliver and a proactive approach. He/she will have excellent communication and relationship management skills with strong business acumen. Also the right person for this position have to have very good organizational, time management and analytical skills.
