Our client, leading HVAC company in the industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning just opened an exciting opportunity for HVAC SALES MANAGER / ENGINEER. The position will be in charge of executing and implementing strategy to improve sales volume and penetration in the country. This position is responsible for the development of sales volume, market share and achievement of sales goals. Develops and executes sales and marketing plans for exclusive European brands by preparing sales objectives, segment strategies, and profit and loss projections

Essential duties:
Ability to represent the company as a leader in the industry ensuring maximum sales and profitability;
Solicit new accounts and dealers by development of market strategies and maintain direct personal contact with all assigned accounts;
Take proactive approach to sales development and problem solving;
Assures the successful launch of new industrial portfolio to exisiting market channels by assuming responsibility for planning, promoting and introduction.
Assists in the preparation of Service Center annual budgets to support the sales and marketing functions related to residential plumbing, HVAC and other lines of business. Evaluates competitors’ services, determining market share and market trends and informs others by maintaining and distributing competitive comparisons and evaluations.
Monitors and tracks sales statistics and performance. Develops and implements sales process improvement initiatives.
Assists in marketing services by arranging for and participating in key exhibits, specialty shows and field sales calls.
Conduct trainings of dealer or customers employees by Sales&Product means.

A university degree in Engineering or Business management;
Proactive person with ability to work independently and be self-motivated;
Very good literacy in English, both spoken and written;
Advanced MS Office proficiency;
5+ years of relevant work experience in HVAC industry and B2B.
Ability to read and analyze blueprints, drawings, equipment specifications.
Familiar with Autocad and CRM software is a plus;
Proven work history in the sales and marketing arenas with proficiency in air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.
Proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals.
