For one of our most trusted clients and their new IT R&D Center in Sofia we are looking to hire a Business Relationship Manager - Customer and Commercial IT solutions.

Position Overview:
The position will be responsible for the Regional IT services and relationship for Customer & Commercial Leadership (CCL). This role is critical to enabling growth for the System through delivering customer and commercial IT solutions by focusing on the following activities:
- Solid business partner at a Region level, driving GIT Strategy in line with BUs Priorities, Bottler’s processes and practices for Customer & Commercial. Ensure main GIT systems and platforms are optimally deployed and fully utilized across BUs, maximizing the value by ensuring best practices sharing between BUs and Bottlers in the Region.
- Deploy IT roadmaps for the service area, and drive adoption of services defined in the roadmap (including, process, data and lifecycle management); leverage and support existing architectural standard platforms; ensure roadmaps fit into the integrated enterprise roadmaps.
- Be accountable for all projects (from definition through to delivery and operations) in the service area, and where applicable manage operations (including problem management and remediation) of all systems and applications against established business service metrics, SLAs and performance objectives.
- Identify cross functional opportunities where Customer and Commercial functional scope overlaps with other areas such as marketing and supply chain.
- This role shall provide thought leadership on emerging digital, mobile and IoT technology solutions in the customer & commercial areas to drive company growth. This position reports to Regional Lead, Customer & Commercial Systems
- Delivery of solutions in the following areas of scope: eCommerce; Business to Business (B2B); Business to Consumer (B2C); Sell Through Customer; Food Service Aggregators; Direct to Consumer; Payment Solutions; Data and Analytics; Data standards and solutions; Data warehousing.
- Operational, management and statutory reporting.
- Advanced analytics and insights, specifically in the area of customer and consumer scope.
- Customer & Commercial Execution.
- Sales force automation (SFA) and execution (RED).
- Connected Environment (Assets IoT).
- Revenue growth management (RGM).
- Alternative channels and routes-to-market (RTM).
- Digital shopper marketing and engagement solutions (App).
- Knowledge management, collaboration and communication tools for GCCL.
- Customer Service Excellence (customer contact centers, vending, cold drink equipment).
- Connecting the System, bringing together corporate, regional, business unit and bottler stakeholders to develop and deliver against the agreed global technology roadmaps, aligned to business strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years’ related work experience in a large global corporation.
- Experience in eCommerce, BI & Analytics, SFA & IoT initiatives/projects.
- Working experience in multinational environment.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, influencing and communications skills across multiple stakeholders, functions, legal entities and countries.
- Deep understanding of FMCG industry and the Customer & Commercial functions within an FMCG business.
- Experience in acting with multi-functional and cross-country IT delivery teams.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of software development life-cycle management, particularly Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong track record of delivery of technology projects.
- Management and negotiation with multiple vendors ranging from technology providers through to implementation support and service and operations support.
- Exposure to and/or experience with the following technology sets: Salesforce Sales, Marketing and Service Clouds; eCommerce platforms for B2B (B2C, B2B2C, DTC desirable); Sales Force Automation platforms and solutions; payment solutions; BI, data; warehousing and data management tools; IoT technologies such as sensors, beacons, RFID, etc.
