Currently Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Services Organization is looking for a Master Data Management Controller:

Master Data Controller is responsible for delivering of Master Data Management (MDM) services for defined scope of MDM objects to the Coca-Cola Hellenic entities, ensuring adherence to Coca-Cola Hellenic master data standards and control policies to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the maintained master data

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the output and quality of services provided by the Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Services Organization (CCH BSO) Master Data Management team to key customers (external and internal)
• Ensures that Coca-Cola Hellenic policies, standards and internal controls are adhered to (e.g. approvals, operational controls, etc.)
• Ensures that processes meet business requirements in an automated and user-friendly manner with high efficiency
• Manages performance of the MDM Teams through metrics and key performance indicators
• Acts as an escalation point for the Team Leaders on more complex or sensitive issues
• Ensures all quality checks and data validations are planned, executed and controlled as per defined processes and timelines
• Works on processes automation as per defined implementation plans
• Develops high performing teams through staff personal development plans and effective coaching
• Provides coaching, development and motivation to the BSO MDM team to enable each to maximize their individual and team performance
• Leads by example to promote the CCH culture
• Continually reviews, challenges and updates processes and practices to provide the most efficient and cost effective best practice
• Actively contributes to the recruitment and development of a skilled MDM team by ensuring training, knowledge transfer and work shadowing is completed
• Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive understanding and support for MDM and Shared Services generally
• Works and liaises closely with all country MDM teams, Country Supply Chain and Finance teams and other functions where required
• Ensure sustainable continuous improvement in all MD areas of responsibilities by finding the root cause of issues and providing the right action plans to solve it

Knowledge, experience and skills

• University degree in IT, Finance, Economics or a business related subject;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of established business processes which are supported through the MDM activities;
• Cross-functional understanding;
• Strong IT knowledge with experience of a variety of systems including MS Office, databases and SAP Wave 2 (very desirable);
• A minimum of 3-5 years Master Data or Technical oriented experience within a multinational environment and ideally at least 3 years of people management experience in a captive or outsourced shared services environment;
• Experience of managing a high volume of data and reporting environment;
• Exposure to complex projects requiring multi-functional team working;
• Experience of a Shared Services environment or at least a multi-site business;
• Building effective teams and developing direct reports and others;
• Very good organizational skills, problem analysis and problem solving skills;
• Organizational agility, influencing skills and strategic focus;
