Our client, Shell Bulgaria, is part of Shell’s Global Downstream organization that serves more than 20 million customers every day. Established in 1991, it has built a strong reputation offering superior product quality and providing the best service to its customers.
Shell Fleet Solutions is a B2B business focusing on selling fuels and services via euroShell Card. Fleet Solutions delivers a significant part of Shell Retail’s overall fuel volume.

For them we are looking to recruit for a temporary placement a highly motivated person with sales background for the position of:

Account Manager (Office Based)


• Plan, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets (i.e. margin, volume growth, payment overdues, etc.),
• Consistently apply the best sales standards especially in bringing best in class structure for way of working (call plan, calendar management, account plan and use of CRM tools) to maximize customer facing time,
• Understanding and knowledge of Shell Fleet Solutions and Shell CVP to maximize business opportunities both for customer and Shell,
• Support the development of innovative and complex CVPs to be able to move from a supplier to a partner relationship in a value-led environment,
• Manage aggressively value growth, with a deep understanding of value generation and financial dimensions,
• Understand customer immediate/ long-term needs, business models, value drivers, challenges and opportunities to tailor offers and services to capture their businesses and help them grow,
• Constant monitoring and learning of market development, competitors’ offers, strengths and weaknesses to create growth opportunities,
• Carry out price negotiations with customers, preparing quotations and proposals and agree on all operational requirements including price, contract and payment terms;

Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Relevant University or college education,
• Relevant sales experience (min 1 year) preferably in B2B, experience in telephone selling is an advantage,
• Proven track record of competence in negotiation and dealing with external partners,
• Ability to read and analyse numbers,
• Commercial mindset,
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to manage relationships at all levels,
• Strong communication and influencing skills,
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision in a challenging environment,
• Very good knowledge of English (both verbal and written),
• Strong IT literacy on all Office programs,
• Knowledge of SAP/ CRM would be an advantage;
