Customer Service Professional with German and English
Our client is a not-for-profit professional organization that serves more than three million professionals.
We are seeking for a Customer Service Professional who will be responsible for interpreting users’ issues in the most accurate way to provide the best possible solution.

So, what’s the role all about?
Handling customer inquiries via email and phone
Communicating with Project Management Professionals, members, or credential holders
Maintaining knowledge of certifications, credentials, memberships, learnings, events, audit processes etc.
Identifying and assessing customer needs to provide first time complete resolution
Ensuring that all Service level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently
You are ideal for the role if you have:
Excellent command of English plus German both written and verbal
Great analytical and attention to detail skills
Excellent customer handling skills
Deep and firm understanding on the culture of the supported region
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
