Our Bid Management Team fulfill the critical role of overseeing and coordinating the bidding process within Experian EMAP Sales. They analyze and evaluate bid proposals submitted by potential vendors and suppliers and are essential in driving business growth and revenue generation.

Reporting into the Bid Manager, the role of a Bid Coordinator requires overseeing the end-to-end bid process, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals. You will formulate effective strategies for the bidding process, managing resources and ensuring compliance with client requirements. You will also create comprehensive bid documents, ensuring adherence to guidelines while coordinating with vendors.

Additionally, you will provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, monitoring progress and bid outcomes.

Position Title: Bid Coordinator
You will also:
Coordinate all standard bids and responses to customer RFP/RFQ’s across EMAP region
Coordinate all activities to ensure the delivery and follow up on lessons learnt after each win/loss
Help maintain the bid repository document library for the bid team
Coordinate across different internal departments (Sales, Product Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering & Service Delivery, Network Planning, Marketing) to ensure best in class bid offering following our commercial strategy and marketing guidelines and ensure profitability of the bids proposed, in line with product profitability guidelines
Write and edit tender responses
Share best practice across various regions to increase the success rate
Prepare case studies and other reference materials
You'll need to bring:
1+ years of experience in bid management, project management, business development or sales
Fluent English
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working with Microsoft office, SeviceNow, SalesForce (desired but not mandatory)
