Once you begin your journey, you will be going through an onboarding phase and two game levels:

• Onboarding phase: Taking classroom theory into practice, you will start learning about the business, our secret language, and strategies, and getting to know our amazing people. Your own opinion will count every day!

• Level 1 (6 months): Then you will be given your individual project and play on the battlefield straight away. Of course, we will help you pick-up and conquer challenges.

• Should you show great results at level 1, your contract might be extended for another six months, leading you to Level 2 (Month 7-12): This will be your time to shine and showcase all you have learned so far. Expect to jump-over a raised bar.

Job scope/summary:
The T&T Intern’s responsibilities include assisting the management team with day to day operational and administrative activities such as supplier’s asset management, reporting and data management. Services include document management, dedicated system development and integration management. In addition, the intern will assist with SharePoint administration and project support. Deliverables are to be provided according to a pre-approved schedule and distribution list therefore good time management skills are required.

Job specifics/responsibilities:
• Extracting raw data from various databases
• Status update collection and maintenance of project plan
• Supplier assets management
• SharePoint administration and support
• Development of application standards (SmartSheet)
• Release and integration management
• Providing reporting to relevant stakeholders
• Working with a HP internal system on data management
• Ensuring proper follow-up with management
• Participation in improvement projects and initiatives
• All other legally permissible tasks requested by the line manager

Key deliverables/accountabilities:
• General Reporting Data accuracy
• Asset Management Reporting accuracy
• Improvements & Release management (SmartSheet)

Education (degree) and professional experience required:
• Pursuing a Bachelor degree
• High motivation and good time management skills

Other requirements:
• Fluent in written and verbal English

Personal skills and qualities:
• Detail oriented person – ability to check the accuracy of large amounts of data
• Ability to work with multiple priorities – multi-tasking
• Excellent organization skills and experience to work with deadlines
• Strong analytical and summarizing skills
• Team player
• Very good communication skills – outgoing, natural communicator
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team

Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):
• Knowledge of relational databases principles
• MS Office
• Excellent Excel skills formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting etc.
• Power BI & SmartSheet knowledge is an advantage
