We are seeking students to join our reinvented Internship Program in Bulgaria, win alongside our remarkable team, learn and create their own future.

Over 6 months, we’ll use our knowledge and experience to give you a real taste of the most iconic tech company worldwide. We will teach you how to create, execute and celebrate business wins. By joining the team, you will play a role in business enablement (strategy, analysis and operations). You will become the talent, everyone would want to have on their side.
You will begin your journey earliest in November 2021, going through an on-boarding phase and two game levels:

• Month 1: Taking classroom theory into practice, you'll start learning about the business, our secret language and strategies, and getting to know our amazing people. Your own opinion will count every day


• Level 1 (Month 2-6): Then you will be given your own projects and play on the battle field straight away. We will help you pick-up and conquer challenges.

• Should you show great results, you contract might be extended for another 6 months, leading you to Level 2 (Month 7-12): This will be your time to shine and showcase all you have learnt so far. Expect to jump-over a raised bar.


During the internship your Manager / mentor will keep a close look at your development and will dedicate time to set clear goals and provide you feedback along the entire program. You'll have access to 10, 000+ learning nuggets to sharpen your business acumen and professional skills. Beyond that, you will train, practice and have fun, alongside your intern peers, HP best professionals, learning also from senior managers that can help you take your career forward.
Job scope/summary:


Part of the MPS Solution Center, the Intern has the objective to enable programmatic approach to support Volume motion but also the value supporting the Services designers on the largest and most complex print services opportunities, often with European cross countries or worldwide scope. This embrace the Offer positioning, Benchmarking business and KPI Intelligence, Value proposition, Proposal Writing and overall communication internally within HP towards sales force and countries, but externally too towards End-Customers and Partners.


Job specifics/responsibilities:

• Create awareness of Managed Print Services offerings

• Responsible to Understand Customer business needs, Value proposition, financial drivers and established assumptions

• Develop best in class fleet design proposal, contract evaluation and preparation

• Deal tracking and progress reporting

• Gathers and assess customer’s business and technical needs and challenges related to their printing environment. Articulate Value proposition and identify additional grow area (upsell, opportunity expansion, cross countries, …)

• Support of critical Bid execution phases, monitoring of the Bid process execution and compliance.

• Develop Services & Solutions scope and design using as much standard portfolio components, delivery requirements validation and offer negotiation, third party components

• Architects an appropriate end to end solution to meet the customer's business and technical requirements while remaining price competitive. Adapts solution design to evolving requirements until closing phase.

• Coordinate with Key Account Managers / Country Account Managers/ other HP functions to ensure execution of Solutions initiatives within targeted accounts

• Communication internal/external



Key deliverables/accountabilities:

• Achieving the team’s Total Contract Value and Revenue Quota Targets

• Customer satisfaction

• Achieving yearly personal goals and personal project as part of the FPR process

• Delivering the job/assignment that is assigned to him/her from the hiring manager and the identified team leader

• Work and document the work compliant according to the Organizational standards and MPS Solution Center’s cookbook



Education (degree) and professional experience required:

• Current University Students in Business majors preferrably 3rd or 4th year of studies if Bachelor

• Willingness to work in virtual team environment



Other requirements:

• Fluent English both written and verbal

• Other EMEA languages knowledge would be an asset
