Our current client has decades of experience in IT-solutions and sales methods. Their team of professionals is highly skilled in sales and process building, implementation and management.
The company has offices all around the world providing high-level customer care services.

On their behalf, we are looking for a Data Support Specialist who will help Microsoft Sellers with operational and administrative tasks around their daily operations!

• Respond to Seller’s data requests by mail/chat within the SLAs established.
• Responsible for the resolution of assigned cases following the business rules.
• Responsible for the follow-up of assigned cases until a final resolution is reached.
• Maintaining the system of record updated according to established business rules on a daily basis.
• Providing superior quality data to the sellers/area leads as per the norms of the organization.
• Attending and scheduling high-level meetings for complex support requests and making sure that the team’s objectives and goals have been achieved.
• Identifying possible new services for the desk.
• Providing key insights into the services provided.

• 2+ years of previous work experience in a related field.
• Excellent MS Excel skills is a must (Look Up, Pivot table, Power BI, etc.).
• Fluent English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and CRM.
• Customer service experience.
• Microsoft MSX CRM experience desired.
• Ability to prioritize amongst multiple urgent and important things.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills combined with a helpful attitude.
• Good communication (email, chat or phone), analytical and problem-solving skills with multitasking ability during pressure situations.
• Able to work independently with or without any supervision.
• Flexible, adaptable, and should be able to demonstrate enthusiasm with high levels of patience.
