We are now looking for an experienced and motivated professional for the position of

Service Delivery Manager

Our Service Delivery Manager knows there’s no excuse for missed availability targets, outages, or unresolved problems. Your responsibilities includes:

Make certain that incidents and problems are classified, prioritized, resourced, and remedied;
Implement preventative measures to avoid reoccurrences;
Plan, assign and manage resources across multiple development groups;
Monitor, control and report expenditures throughout development.

Education & experience you should have:

Technical or Business Bachelor's Degree;
Prior relevant IT work experience required;
Experienced in the ITIL process suite and ITSM;
Process engineering, documentation and management experience.

Knowledge and skills we are looking for:

Proven ability to manage multiple efforts;

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams;

Role Core Competencies:

Good understanding of insurance;
SDLC methodologies and practices;
Information security principles;
Technical acumen and deep knowledge of our applications, services and dependencies across the systems.
