To take the position of
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
in the field of HR

The main duties covered by the position are:

* Proactively hunt for new business leads and opportunities;
* Developing business and identifying additional needs - clients consultansy ;
* Establishing long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders;
* Achieve and overachieve agreed targets for pipeline generation and order intake via the channel or the field every month, quarter and year;
* Consistently develop market understanding, product knowledge and customer approach to generate valuable business opportunities;
* Respond promptly and always meet commitments made to prospects and customers;

Key Requirements:

* +4 years work experience in B2B sales or Business Development;
* Experience and knowledge account management or business development - experience in a service-oriented business or HR business;
* High level of loyalty and diplomacy in dealing with confidential matters;
* Results and customer oriented professional, being able to work on own initiative;
* Strong business acumen with fluent English;
* Strong leadership skills
*Excellent computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
* Relevant education;
