Our client is an international hair care product producer with factories in Spain and Brazil. Its
products focused on quality and hair nutrition and repair. The company is launching a new brand
in Europe and would need a visionary and ambitious business developer to establish it on all
South-East European markets.

Due to the expansion of the business in Adria & Balkans we are looking for

To take the position of

The mindset of the proper candidate:
Dynamic self-starter, able to demonstrate entrepreneurial and sales hunting spirit. Time-management and negotiations skills; an individual who is enthusiastic. Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks , with a careful eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive, mentally senior, yet energetic and highly motivated individual.

Main Requirements:
- +3 years or more of direct t sales experience in B2B and B2C environment;
- Excellent skill in development new business, creating and implementing a strategic vision;
- Experience in the cosmetics, personal care or hair care business is a great advantage;
- Great networker, positive and enthusiastic, at ease with public and group presentations;
- Unwavering drive for success and results, a go-get spirit that is endless;

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and do market analysis on region and each country in detail;
- Set up a strategic plan of establishing a market foothold and expanding;
- Visit each market and single professional hair salon, meet local key players;
- Understand each market's specifics, ups and downs and challenges;
- Develop a network of distributors and key customers in each market;
- Create and execute action plans with distributors;
- Convince, demonstrate and promote the products through marketing activities and events;
- Support distributors and partners (marketing, training and technical);
- Provide market intelligence and sector analysis after setting up distribution;
- Expand to even more countries;
- Willing to bet his own development on the company and win with it;
- Good skills in market analysis and competitive intelligence;
- Excellent knowledge of English, an extra language is a plus;
