The Global Human Resources Services (GHRS) Center – EMEA is responsible for developing and managing enterprise-wide HR processes and technology to manage specific administrative functions within a centralized contact and service center. The Professional HRSS maintain employees’ data base of the company and is responsible for correct and up to date information in employees’ records. Obtains and provides requested information and reports or takes appropriate action to resolve, refer, or escalate issues in accordance with company and HR policies and procedures. This function works closely with the various HR teams, employees and managers. This position also supports the department in the administration of assigned transaction work.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Required Core Competencies:

• Good knowledge in Excel
• Fluent English language
• Strong analytical and business acumen
• Demonstrate high attention to details

• Professionally and accurately responds to written and oral inquiries from employees and managers regarding employee changes, special pays, employee updates, and report running.
• Participate in annual merit increase process and support after-merit communication to employees
• Support management team in Job Architecture activities
• Works on all relevant requests related to employee fixed compensation
• Interfaces with HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll teams to assist in the administration and support of employee issues and problems
• Quickly and accurately resolves cases in professional, sensitive, customer-focused manner in accordance with company policies, procedures and local legislation
• Responsible for the employee records maintenance
• Maintains high degree of confidentiality
• Performs other duties as requested
