Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and Handle vendors’ prepayment, invoices (Purchase Orders and Non-Purchase orders), credit and debit memos and employees’ business trips’ reports in accordance to the company’s approved procedures and approval matrix for countries within EMEA region
GL coding of invoices in compliance with Accounting policy and tax legislation
Hold and release invoices for payment; run payment proposal reports
Preparation of Accounts Payable’s accruals
Reconcile vendors’ statements
Research and resolve invoice issues and discrepancy. Coordinate with the respective business members to ensure timely resolution

Participate and support month-end close (General ledger +1 working day)
Support team members in their day to day activities
Preparation of variance reports
Prepare and/or support preparation of ad-hoc requests
Support Tax Corporate Team with regards to preparation of monthly VAT returns

Key Requirements
University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
At least 1-2 years’ experience in the field of Accountancy and/or Finance
Working knowledge of IFRS
Very well-groomed computer (MS Excel) and analytical skills
Previous experience with ERP systems (Oracle is preferable)
Fluent in English. Any other languages will be considered as a strong advantage.
Adherence to local statutory reporting requirements and tax legislation
Ability to work with a minimum supervision and to meet tight deadlines
