What You’ll be Doing:
As a Proactive Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for proactively analyzing customer incidents, performance data and analytics, and driving identified proactive and reactive sevice delivery actions within the e2e digital services delivery value chain for internal end users. We strive on offering the very best levels of technical service and believe in "what we say and how we say it" leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.

On a typical day, you’ll:
Analyze data from Proactive Management tools (ticketing tools);
Engage proactively with end users for identified issues;
Problem Management support;
Support of knowledge management;
Have ownership of Cloud Café portal;
Route of service requests to 3rd party providers;
Follow-through on open service requests with 3rd parties.

Fluency in written and verbal English;
Knowledge of business analytics and data management tools;
Min 1-2 years of experience in a technical service role;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including customer communication;
Advanced knowledge of Excel;
Advanced technical knowledge of PC products is an advantage.
