What will you be doing?

The Personal assistant is responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved in an organization.

Assisting supervisory and non-supervisory employees with various administrative support tasks, e.g. general filing and records maintenance, compiling data for reports, scheduling appointments and meetings, calendar maintenance for one or more employees, answering/screening telephone calls, distributing mail, greeting/escorting visitors, assisting new employees;
Preparing expense reports, preparing/editing presentations;
Making travel arrangements;
Office environment management;
Manage office space, desks, equipment;
Employee working time tracking & management on site level - on time and accurate submission and reporting;
Administrating Purchase Orders, budgeting, forecasting and actual tracking spending, follow up with invoices;
OnProcess admin support - ensuring timely and appropriate system account management: domain, mailbox access, account termination.
Qualifications:

Bachelor degree;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Previous experience on a similar position is an advantage;
Excellent communication skills;
Very good organizational skills;
Team Player;
Very good skills in MS office applications.
