Technical Specialist with Slovak or Czech or Slovenian - PTE

For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency
and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Technical Specialist with Slovak or Czech or Slovenian - PTE.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, and social media);
*Assist users with issues related to online store applications and tools;
*Manage and organize files using Google Drive;
*Troubleshoot and escalate basic technical issues to the appropriate teams;
*Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional communication tone at all times;
*Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support.

Requirements:
*Fluency in Slovak or Czech or Slovenian (excellent written and spoken skills);
*Intermediate level of English for internal communication and training;
*Experience using online store apps (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus;
*Basic technical understanding and ability to follow troubleshooting steps;
*Proficiency with Google Drive and cloud-based tools;
*Customer-oriented mindset with a polite and helpful attitude.
