We are currently supporting them in recruiting an experienced IT Professional who will take the position of a:


Technical Lead (Database Management and Reconciliation Team)


In this role, you will lead and mentor the Database Management and Reconciliation Team guiding the design and implementation of scalable reconciliation solutions and workflows, including APIs and complex processes from a database perspective. You will oversee the full reconciliation lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution of rules, mappings, and data importation, while collaborating with Product teams to align features with business needs. Additionally, you’ll help shape and validate business requirements to drive successful reconciliation outcomes.


Required skills, experience, and knowledge:

- 10+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on databases, with strong proficiency in at least one programming language and a database engine;
- 2+ years of experience in leading teams in a similar technical management capacity;
- Extensive SQL expertise and strong database management abilities;
- Deep experience working with databases - MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle;
- Good knowledge of protocols: HTTP, (S)FTP, SSL;
- Experience with public cloud environments such as AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure;
- Excellent command of English.
