For one of our clients – an industry leader, operating nationwide and providing various
equipment for traffic support. We are searching for eager, organized and challenge-ready
problem-solvers for the role of Level 2 Customer Service Expert.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and handling customer inquiries from
start to finish;
* Gathering information necessary to resolve cases and ensuring accurate and timely
resolution;
* Providing customers with guidance and helping them during the resolution process;
* Working with specialized software interacting with hundreds of processes;
* Collaborating and communicating with the management team and technical engineers,
experts, and other team members to confirm further need steps (if necessary);
* Maintain documentation for each processed inquiry, safeguarding confidential and sensitive

Requirements:
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
* Experience in customer service and a willingness to learn new technical skills;
* Strong computer literacy and creative and adaptable approach to work;
* Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
* Ready to build and maintain positive work relationships;
* Higher education.
