IT PROJECT MANAGER


As an IT Project Manager, you will coordinate and plan the IT projects from inception to delivery incl. assigning, and monitoring project resources. Besides, the person in this role will be involved in monitoring, alerting, and observability strategies, coordinating with customers and external resources, and managing the changes within the scope, budget, and schedule.

Required skills and knowledge for the role:

- University Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, (Software) Engineering, Economics or relevant specialty;
- 2+ years of professional experience in IT Project Management / Project Coordination
- Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM principles;
- Hands-on experience in IT projects, services, and software delivery processes as well as in the preparation of IT technical procedures and processes;
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Elastic Stack, Dynatrace, or relevant), Linux, JBoss, IT Performance metrics, logs, and alerts;
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the company;
- Very good command of English.
