SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERT



The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

- Prospect, qualify, and identify new business;
- Communicate with Leads (current and potential new ones);
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies;
- Lead deal execution;
- In cooperation with the technical specialists, he/she will create offers for customers, present them, and oversee their implementation from a commercial point of view.

Main requirements:

- Professional experience as a Sales / Business Development Specialist;
- Proven track record of closing deals in the IT/Software development industry - previous experience in selling IT services is a MUST!;
- Experience in the development and implementation of marketing, business development, and communications strategies;
- Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to influence and negotiate with others;
- A proactive, responsible way of working, even under pressure;
- Good command of English is mandatory. German or any other foreign language is a plus.
