FTE or PTE Customer Care Agent with Italian, French or German and English

enthusiastic people the role of FTE or PTE Customer Care Agent with Italian, French or
German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working closely with customers, listening to their issues and requests;
* Communicating with care and understanding and striving to provide a positive experience;
* Analyzing each case and striving to offer the best suited solution;
* Keeping an eye on reoccurring issues and reporting on identified trends to your superiors;
* Serving as a guide and navigating customers through the solution process;
* Acting as a part of the team and striving to maintain a good working environment.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Italian, French or German and solid English skills;
* Bright and sunny approach to customers and eagerness to help;
* Good people skills and ability to adapt to different cases;
* Team-player attitude and drive to provide a high-quality service;
* Familiarity with iOS and Android OS features;
* Flexible, reliable and organized.
