Customer Experience Specialist with Czech, Hebrew, Dutch, French or German and English

For one of our clients – well-known company offering services in various fields. We are
looking for bright, adaptable and team-oriented people for the role of Customer Experience
Specialist with Czech, Hebrew, Dutch, French or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Addressing diverse customers’ requests through email, phone, and chat;
* Resolving issues, providing guidance throughout the resolution process;
* Offering information and advice regarding the company's products and services;
* Maintaining accurate and current records of all customer interactions;
* Ensuring an enjoyable experience and prioritizing customer satisfaction;
* Collaborating with colleagues and offering assistance and advice when needed.

Requirements:
* Great spoken and written skills Czech, Hebrew, Dutch, French or German and English;
* Customer-oriented and capable communicator;
* Adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment;
* Solid PC user skills and team-player attitude;
* Prior experience in customer support is desired;
* Organized with efficient time management skills.
