System and Software Quality Engineer

We are looking for a System and Software Quality Engineer.

As System & Software Quality Engineer you would be working in a multi-disciplinary project team within our product development department and respective project managers.
You would be responsible for defining/deploying the software quality assurance activities within company projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer and/or internal processes are well implemented within our automotive SW projects
• Plan and monitor QA activities on these projects
• Manage Peer Reviews from a QA perspective throughout the SW lifecycle (Peer Review creation, moderation, and process evaluation)
• Perform random QA reviews on SW Work products (SW Plans, Architecture, Design, Coding, Test)
• Support audits performed by Internal Quality Management (Audits against internal QMS, customer processes, ISO 9001, A-SPICE, ISO 26262)
• Participate in Process Improvement initiatives
• Track non-conformances raised during QA reviews until closure
• Report project QA progress, issues, and risks.

Profile:

• Master’s degree, preferably in the field of Electronics or Electrical engineering
• Proven working experience as a People Leader/Project Manager in a mixed software/mechanic/electronic/magnetic environment
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the field of electronics
• Proven experience with functional safety (ISO 26262 or similar), cyber security, and system analysis
• Strong working knowledge of Requirement management tools (Enterprise Architect, DOORS, Codebeamer, etc.)
• Strong customer focus, excellent leadership skills with problem-solving aptitude
• Structured, pragmatic & objective focused
• PMP/PRINCE II certification is a strong advantage.
