For our Application Support Team in Varna, we are looking for dedicated, motivated, and solution-oriented team players who thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment and want to grow with us.

Your responsibilities

Supporting a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows
Creating and optimizing SQL scripts and database queries
Developing and improving application-specific solutions for data analysis and processing to optimally support our processes
Handling written communication and occasional phone inquiries from market partners
Regular collaboration with internal departments across all business areas to achieve shared goals
Gaining comprehensive insight into all sales processes of a leading energy provider and building expertise in this field

A strong technical background and excellent communication skills
A pronounced affinity for IT: You are passionate about IT systems and their development
Basic understanding of key processes in the energy market would be an advantage
Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
Enthusiasm for solving complex tasks and finding innovative approaches
Ideally, experience with SAP and database management (SQL)
Fluent German, both written and spoken
High willingness to learn and the desire to grow both professionally and personally
