Key Responsibilities:
Receive calls from clients who have purchased vehicles and report technical issues
Register cases in a European system and coordinate with the nearest service partner
Follow up on cases until successful resolution and provide support with related inquiries
Collaborate closely with colleagues and supervisors from the international team

Requirements:
Very good command of Bulgarian, plus working proficiency in Romanian and English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to work in shifts
