For their Operations team, we are looking for a driven, detail-oriented operations professional with experience in handling customer issues and requests, order fulfillment, and inventory reconciliation on the role of:

E-commerce Operations Specialist

Role Overview:

The E-commerce Operations Specialist will be responsible for handling customer issues and requests, creating shipments and labels, order fulfillment, reconciling inventory, handling logistical tasks, performing price checks, and managing catalog errors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and logistics, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Main responsibilities:

Handle customer issues and requests, working with customers to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Create shipments and labels for products and ensure timely delivery to customers
Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, meeting performance metrics
Reconcile inventory regularly, ensuring accuracy of stock levels
Manage communication with the warehouse by - opening cases, comparing delivered items, and following up on returned parcels
Perform price checks on our products and those of competitors, ensuring we remain competitive in the market
Check and fix errors in the catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
1-2 years working experience in operations, logistics, ecommerce or a similar role
Fluent English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience handling customer issues and requests, as well as with shipment and label creation, and order fulfillment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
