General duties:
Responsibilities include:

Support go-to-market marketing activities related to new feature/product launches for the consumers
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns oriented in improving Mobile Bank and Online Banking engagement through different channels (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, E-mail marketing, Social media positioning etc.).
Analyze customer insights, influencing engagement metrics, digital funnel conversions and continuous search for testing and improving processes options in digital channels oriented towards customer experience.
Improve the engagement of Mobile Bank and Online Banking platforms, the number of digital products per customer, monthly revenue per customer from digital activities and design and implement strategies for educating users with low digital literacy/activity to increase digital adoption.

We are looking for a Junior Engagement Ninja to join our digital marketing team, that is constantly looking to innovate and deliver exceptional results. As a part of digital engagement team you will take a big part in designing and executing the digital channel engagement strategy and convert visitors to satisfied users of our digital channels, through a data driven approach.

What type of person we're looking for?

Data-driven starving to dive deep at user funnels and customer experience journeys;
Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase (others are advantage);
Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads (email marketing tools will be advantage);
A positive go-getter with a can-do attitude and critical thinking.
