Job Description
EMEA DA is committed to achieving a step-change in the effectiveness of and value delivery from Product Management across the business.

This role is a key element to achieving that goal as it will enable stronger market impact and traction behind the product set developed and delivered by EMEA DA. It is also key to the strategic imperative of migration to the Cloud.

EMEA DA has enormous product related opportunities across a vibrant and varied region. This is an exciting leadership role, providing excellent opportunities to deliver outstanding profitable growth.

The Head of GTM will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating Go To Market activities relating to the company’s product range, working closely with colleagues in Global and across the Region. He/she will have/develop an outstanding level of customer and market insight which can also be fed into product developments and enhancements. This is a key leadership role with the responsibility of developing and deploying strong Go To Market methodologies and business practices.

Key areas for value added contribution include:

Sales strategies including channel mix, customer engagement and commitment journeys
Communication approach, including pre-sales and sales collaterals
Product launch co-ordination/program management
Product support and sales training
The role reports to the Chief Product Officer, EMEA DA.

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement successful GTM plans as part of the overall Product Plan with clear KPIs, SLAs and other SMART objectives;
Support product sales activities achieving/exceeding agreed sales targets;
Review GTM capabilities and processes in the business making proposals for improvement with appropriate investment cases where required;
Partner with Business Unit General Managers and Sales Leadership to ensure alignment on key GTM initiatives and activities, as well as develop and provide product support and sales training
In collaboration with PR and Marketing, drive brand awareness and increase brand equity through innovative and strategic marketing and PR programs
Ensure market and customer satisfaction through maintenance of rigorous feedback loops, and evolution of plans to meet client and industry needs
Ensure regulatory compliance and consumer advocacy across key product lines as part of any successful GTM program
Gain an understanding of our capabilities and methodology thoroughly in relation to data, segmentation and targeting and data warehousing technology and structure while understanding how this can be implemented successfully with customers.
Deliver consistent flow of innovations and value add into the wider product management team.
Ensure a strong flow of high quality, actionable customer insight.
The ideal Head of GTM candidate will be highly commercial and have strong experience in SaaS product management and Go To Market. Additionally, the role requires a good blend of strategic product management, consulting, analytics and innovative marketing experiences. Given the strategic role we play in our clients’ business decision making, you are expected to work at senior levels and demonstrate obvious confidence in this environment.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

10+ years’ experience leading GTM activities within a tech led business with a strong focus on client relationship management
Expertise in SaaS and cloud based products
Proven track record of innovation and launching new products into market
Track record of building, developing and managing product teams within a matrixed organization
Good understanding of software technology, App and/or Online UX / CX
Market research - Customer research / testing / focus groups / surveys
Facilitating innovation processes
Data driven and analytical approach
Excellent ability to partner with sales teams
Ability to grasp strategic initiatives of target accounts and to formulate GTM plans effectively.
Highly professional and credible - interacting at all levels both internally and externally
Minimum of good honours degree level education; MBA preferred
