Position: Custody & Reporting Services Support Officer
Sofia, Bulgaria

General description of the job :-

As a Custody & Reporting Services Support Officer, you will be responsible to manage the lifecycle of financial instrument as follow:

Responsibilities

Booking of dividends / coupon payments and submitting transactions for validation;
Providing support in verifying transactions related to dividend/coupon payments and/or corporate actions
Instruct Corporate Actions in CitiDirect based on Client decisions.
Reconciliation of financial instruments positions (internal versus sub custodian)
Support creation of regulatory reporting (e.g. QI, EMIR. MIFID, FATCA, CRS)
Support preparing Sub custodian Due Diligence Working as part of a larger global team in the case of out sourced activities;
Support booking of custody fees
Reconciliation of cash positions and financial instrument positions (internal versus sub custodian)
Daily monitoring of blocked outgoing payments due to credit limit breaches and Credit Reporting package (e.g. Overdrafts, Limits, Valuation of Collateral)
Support on preparing files for ETD an OTC Collateral Management process
Any other duty, which is instructed directly by the managing directors in accordance with Article 6.2 of the employment agreement.
Experience and skills:

University degree in Banking/ Finance /Accounting or similar.
Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
Very good computer literacy.
Understanding the banking industry.
Good understanding of the Custody business.
Customer Focus.
Concern for Quality.
Willingness and ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Adherence to procedures.
Attention to detail.
