Job Description

We are currently looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Global Delivery Engineering Team.

In this role you will provide delivery acceleration and guidance to enable Regional delivery teams to implement GDA products. As a part of the Global Delivery Engineering team, this role holds responsibilities for crafting of delivery assets and methodology, product expertise, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Solutions Engineer will be a trusted advisor to the Regional Delivery teams and Customers throughout the delivery lifecycle. As the GDA product and delivery acceleration expert, this role is proactive and continually curious striving to understand the GDA customer context and product needs, challenges and issues, to drive value for the customer.

This role contributes to the success of the Experian GDA business through internal knowledge-sharing activities (i.e. product improvements, documentation optimization, enhancing GDA deliverability through technical input and customer advocacy, iteration of best practices and guiding principles).


Skills and Responsibilities:
· 8+ years of consulting or software professional services delivery experience.
· Ability to drive on-prem and SaaS SDLC and software client implementation, specifically solutions engineering aspects:
· IaaS/PaaS/SaaS configuration and CI/CD deployment practices
· Able to apply analytical skills for solutions design, product deliverability gaps, problem solving, and issue or risk management.
· Able to shape and drive acceleration of outcomes through strong critical thinking and analytical skills using agile value creation (rapid prototyping, paired working, collateral innovation).
· Able to build cross-functional partnerships that result in product improvement, client delivery acceleration, optimal delivery methods and assets.
· Drive successful “beach-head” deployments and catalyst.
· Experienced in client and delivery management disciplines able to navigate an agile software product context.
· Working implementation knowledge of tech solutions on-prem/hosted or cloud, DevOps, and automation.
· Strong delivery excellence skills end-to-end, solutions design, build, and testing skills with exceptional skills in delivery execution.
· Able to manage stakeholders, influence and provide deep technical or solutions expertise.
· Critical thinker capable of establishing global standards of delivery with consultative problem solver skills.
