Job Description

We are searching for Internal Communication and Brand Manager to join our Global Business Services Team!

On this role you will work internally as a strategic advisor to make sure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders. You will drive organisation goals following under the Agenda of Employee engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing as well as external presence promoting the brand and the company culture on different channels like local media, strategic events, social media, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's identity.

Internal Communication and brand manager is part of the strategic Global communication team and is in charge or take part into global projects which follows the objectives and positioning of the four Global Delivery Centers of the company.

The Internal Communication and brand manager supports the Agenda of the regional and functional divisions within Experian. Act as a strategic partner for the Bulgarian office and leads global projects on local level.


Internal Communication responsibilities
· Act as a strategic communication partner by providing counsel to senior managers in the development of appropriate messaging and engagement opportunities to employees in support of key business priorities, initiatives, and activities.
· Responsible for all internal communication channels on the site. Plan/edit the content for the internal communications channels, such as email, internal sites, newsletters, TV screens, etc.
· Organise major site related events like All Hands meeting, Town Halls, Learning Fridays, etc.
· Manage communications intern

Experian brand related duties
· Oversees and follows all the company's employment branding strategies.
· Drive all the company media presence and strategy on the local market like media events, press releases, articles.Work in close partnership with internal PR team and the local PR agency.
· Drive and implement the digital external communication strategy of the company’s social media profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube to drive candidate attraction and employee engagement.
· Holds and maintain the brand calendar, where all the events/projects/initiatives are listed and planed for the whole year.
· Generate ideas of how to make the company more attractive and visible when attending external events. Work closely with the respective event “owners” and advice on the different brand tasks.
· Key brand guardian and advisor on production of all printed materials, including brochures, fliers, signage, slides and ads.
· Manage, report and take care on the marketing budget.

Global Communication team
· Partner with business unit executives and productivity leaders to successfully manage implementation of people/process/work environment change on a global basis.
· Lead on a global level or take part into different Global projects focusing on the process improvement strategy, internal engagement activities, etc.
· Take part into the regular meetings of the GDC communication team.
· Responsible to spread the word out and share best practices with the respective peers for the other sites.
· Support GDC communication channels by regularly creating content for the intranet page and global newsletter, evaluate any potential for improvements and efficiencies.
· Have a view of the Global projects and propose respective communications on a GDC level.
· Enables change management best practices to be shared across projects, BUs and regions
· Work in close collaboration with the communication managers in all GDCs and support cross GDC agenda with local events/activities. Advise on the best local approach for the different projects.


· 5+ years on similar role as Communication and Brand Manager, experience working with PR agency would be considered as an advantage
