Position Title: Team Manager - Delivery Operations

We are currently expanding our Global Professional Services team in Sofia. Our team is delivering client solutions and pre-configured templates in partnership with regional teams.

From client acquisition solutions to fraud management and collections, our Professional Services software delivery experts configure, design, test and implement the full spectrum of Experian products and services that we offer worldwide to our clients in the financial, banking, telecom sectors. In order to help our teams around the world win sales, we support in prospective client pitch meetings with product demonstrations of key functionality, estimates of effort based on our delivery experience, and proof of concept models. Our team is the backbone and the core hands-on experts that know how to marry Experian software capabilities with our client`s ever evolving needs.

We're currently looking for a Team Manager - Delivery Operations to join our growing Professional Services team.

As a Team Manager - Delivery Operations, you will lead a team of Delivery Analysts who ensure that our developed software solutions reflect the requirements and the quality standards set by our clients. Your role will be to lead Delivery best practices, to ensure necessary resources and processes are available to deliver the software solutions and you will have direct exposure to the client’s specific requirements and needs. You will need to assure that the operations of the team are aligned to our strategic direction and goals and evolve positively over time.

Lead a team of Solutions Analysts with various level of seniority
Assure the successful achievement of the performance, quality and efficiency targets of the team
Ensure that appropriate QA and test-related processes and tools are leveraged to manage and optimize operational performance within the team
Look to improve overall quality assurance and delivery processes, client satisfaction and Experian profitability by providing an efficient and cost effective service
Create a working environment that is conducive to individual growth, high performance, and is challenging and rewarding to maintain team motivation, productivity and development
Define performance goals, objectives and measures and drive programs or employee development and retention
Actively collaborate with various regional and global teams to meet business objectives
Manage large scale strategic projects aiming to achieve Experian Decision Analytics goals

5+ years relevant people management experience leading Delivery teams in technology or solution delivery organization
7+ years` experience in a customer facing environment
Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies and best practices in the field
Good understanding of basics of programming and relevant testing tools
Ability to motivate, inspire and lead teams
Assertiveness and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Excellent Influencing and negotiation skills in English
Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) environment
Previous experience in the area of Quality assurance will be considered an advantage.
