ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

As an Enterprise Architect, Operational Productivity Platform, you will be responsible for the development or coordination of the following deliverables in the area of Solutions for Supply Chain and Finance Business areas. You will coordinate all Enterprise Architecture activities at group and country level for the respective areas and you will develop and build mid to long term (1 -3 years) Architecture Plans for domains, platforms, products, programs and services within the Operational Productivity areas as listed above.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translate or map the business strategy into information strategy for the Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Planning and QSE.
Lead teams of architects and product managers to establish product & platform roadmaps aligned with investment prioritization.
Own and evolve Architecture principles that are kept up to date with changes and opportunities from evoking technology and vendor offerings.
Developing and coordinating mid to long term (1 -3 years) Architecture Plans for domains, platforms, products, programs and services within the Finance and Supply chain Functions.
Ensure the long-term architecture plans are in sync with the wider Enterprise level roadmaps across both core technology (e.g. cloud, network, data, integration) & the other functional areas
Promote and drive collaboration across the solution architecture community.
Continuously scout for solution opportunities aligned with strategic drivers, or with exceptional disruptive or other value to the Enterprise.
Conduct development and analysis of alternative solutions by determining relevance with the enterprise roadmaps and business plans
Recommend improvements to existing architectures working with research companies, within networks and with vendors and benchmarks to identify relevant innovation.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years in the architecture domain.
Experience working with Financial and Logistics solutions. An expert in designing and implementing solutions in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with detailed knowledge of Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Finance and Integration with Sales & Marketing solutions. Experience working with multiple software applications such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or the equivalent applications.
Proven Architecture skills, knowledge and experience of a formal Enterprise Architecture framework such as TOGAF, certification desirable.
Strong skills, knowledge and experience working in an Agile, DevSecOps, Platform and Product orientated environment.
Proven success in delivering Enterprise wide solutions from evaluation through to successful Go Live. Have personally demonstrated strong project management skills, knowledge and experience with assessing and introducing capabilities & solutions that are architecturally sound.
Strong vendor management skills, knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting, collaboration.
Strong CPG/FMCG industry-specific solutions knowledge in two or more of the functional areas (Commercial, Supply Chain, HR& PAC or Finance & Legal). Proficiency in at least two of the sub-areas listed.
Experience with application platforms like BlueYonder and Anaplan will be considered as a big advantage
