Delivery Project Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
The Delivery Project Manager will be part of a new PMO to serve as an account team for a high-value global Support as a Service 5 year+ contract. The PMO will support the client as a single point of contact for delivery, administration, deployment, governance, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Planning, executing and tracking deployments according to scope, timelines and budget
· Actively collaborate with client in order to achieve their business needs and achieve the financial goals of the contract
• Leading with account team and regional delivery teams
• Actively communicating progress and roadblocks to internal and client stakeholders
• Ensuring quality control throughout the account life cycle (SLA performance and other client deliverables)
• Global coordination of account administration and billing activities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience with PM practices to execute a wide range of project plans – from simple to complex – producing the defined deliverables in a cost-effective and timely fashion
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Strong command of spoken and written English (C1 level)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills – MS Office (Work, Power point, Excel)
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong customer driven focus
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to work in a high pressure, dynamic situations, with a large degree of autonomy
• Ability to lead, set direction and model effective leadership behaviors in dealing with individuals from the virtual cross-functional teams
• Ability to produce and maintain quality documentation

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• 2-3 years of project management experience
• PMP certification
• Knowledge of IBM TSS processes and tools
• Appreciation of IBM financial and business controls operations
• Knowledge of IBM TSS Services Delivery; specific experience in call center, field services, or parts management is a plus
• strong background in contract documentation and execution work to coordinate with LTD signatures in IBM countries
• very strong knowledge of service delivery data and using Excel to analyze service data, create pivot tables, and specialized reports
*This role will require willingness to work on US shifts, with some flexibility
