IBM Technical Support Services’ (TSS) mission is to become the largest and most successful provider of technical support services in the world. The Client Innovation Center in Sofia, Bulgaria is building a trans-disciplinary team of network support specialists tasked with supporting our clients in any country worldwide.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for the complete availability and 24/7 functionality of the applications, systems, networks and other IT related tools used in the company.
Ensure overall functionality and fast recovery of WAN, PSTN and VOIP environment as well as of the domain integrated services.
Administer domain users and groups, according to their rights and level of access. Manage and maintain corporate e-mail services. Provide access to the corporate data storages with the proper security for all the groups of users with specific levels of access. Contribute to develop a highly accessible IT infrastructure. Technical support of the departments during client contacts is required.Responsibilities:
- Tо hold responsibility for the overall functionality and 24/7 – 365 operation of the company’s operating systems
- Install and configure hardware and software systems
- Responsible for the help desk support of the company’s systems
- Responsible for network management.
- Responsible for keeping the company’s security standards and optimization of all functions directly related to the operating system
- Responsible for file servers’ management
- Responsible for the applying of all system backups in compliance with the company’s procedures
- Document process and systems configurations and updates
- Proactively follow the IT processes/ ID management process, procedures and workflows
- To monitor the system status and inform the line manager about any discrepancies; to detect eventual need for configuration changes or upgrade of specific modules
- To investigate constantly, to evaluate and apply cutting-edge technologies within the company sector
- Prepare reports on demand for the performed tasks, as well as any work related issues
- Responsible for proactive identification of problems, makes analysis and gives solutions
- Consistently meets documented deadlines and objectives.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 2 year experience with corporate networks > 100 User
- Very good knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS is a plus
- Knowledge of CISCO network and voice systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of TCP/IP network
- Knowledge about data protection and IT Security obligations
- Troubleshooting experience
- Good knowledge of Server and Telecommunication Hardware
- Fluency in EnglishPersonal skills- Good negotiation skills with supplier and service provider
- Strong customer- and service orientation
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
