Position Title: Applications Administrator

We are searching for a Applications Administrator that would oversee and perform administration duties on our corporate tools such as managing users and projects, maintaining records, defining guidelines and ways of working, sustaining high data quality, providing 1st line of support (issue & problem management), recommending corrective actions and implementing those, preparing reports. The Administrator will support all business areas with the objective to maximize effective usage of our in house business applications such as Changepoint, SharePoint, JIRA and other BI technologies. Will provide first line of support, technically build and administrate all the tools/ portals, etc.

This role will work with cross-functional teams such as Delivery, Service & Support, Finance and Product within EMEA Region.

Train, troubleshoot and provide user support
Provide 1st line support (Issue & problem management)
Support the definition, development and production of Guidelines and Templates ensuring compliance to best practices
User and project records maintenance
Regular review, cleanup, management and configuration of Tool content for adherence to data quality
Work with cross functional business areas to develop process improvements
Operate standardized Operations MI, support the production and review content of the System Administrator reports

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of mathematical, statistical and/or numerical field
1-2 years demonstrable hands-on experience of system administration
Self-motivated learner with ability to quickly become an expert
Strong knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications
Problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent planning skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from various countries and cultures
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Aptitude for technology
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities
Must be flexible to changing project assignments, requirements, deadlines, and projects
Possess solid logic, writing and language skills
Limited travel may be required
