For our partner, we are seeking a UI Designer who sees creativity and precision as the place where magic truly begins.

Every now and then, we come across projects that don’t simply need a specialist, but a true creator. The company we represent is part of a major European group and plays a central role in driving the digital transformation behind widely used financial products. Their mission is to build digital experiences that are visually refined, intuitively structured, and accessible to every user.

And now, they are searching for you - a UI Designer who can turn complexity into clarity and ideas into pixel-perfect interfaces.

What does the role look like?
Imagine a place where the visual layer of the product is not an afterthought but a core element of the user’s experience. Your day will revolve around crafting precise, beautifully polished designs and transforming concepts into interactive prototypes for mobile, tablet, and web platforms. You will ensure accessibility standards such as WCAG are reflected in every component, making the experience usable for all.

You will be responsible for testing your own designs during sprint deliveries and ensuring a consistently high-quality UI and UX output. A key part of your work will involve developing and maintaining the design system - documenting component behavior, refining the style guide, and structuring everything within Figma.

Who you will work with?
Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work closely in international environment with UX designers and frontend developers, ensuring that the final product remains faithful to your vision. And when needed, you’ll contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and workflows to help the team work smarter and more efficiently.

What do you need to succeed?
To thrive, you should be confident working in Figma and similar design and prototyping tools, with experience designing mobile applications and strong awareness of accessibility principles. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is also important.

It would be a strong advantage if you have experience designing for financial or banking products, or if you enjoy creating illustrations, iconography, motion elements, or subtle micro-animations using tools like After Effects or Lottie.

Who are we looking for?
We’re searching for someone who communicates clearly, speaks English fluently, and brings either a bachelor’s degree or practical experience in fields such as Digital Design, Multimedia, or Product Design. You should be passionate about current interface design trends, organized in your work, and naturally attentive to detail.
