Senior Product Manager (Integrations)

We are looking for Senior Product Manager to drive multiple integration projects and building strong partnership with ISVs, growing ecosystem around Acronis Cyber Platform.

• Conduct market research, to identify potential strategic development areas and opportunities
• Work with Acronis Partners to define and scope requirements for the new Acronis products
• Collect and analyze feedback from Partners, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products
• Produce business plan for new features and products
• Ensure successful and fast go-live for the new Acronis products
• Define key product performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure, balance out the relative priority between tasks and products
• Facilitate communication throughout the development process inside Acronis, collaborate with designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build and ship high quality products
• Produce business requirements and feature specifications, participate in preparing UX-projects and UI-mockups and product documentation
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Support teams, support sales effort for the products, provide on-going team trainings
• Work with the executive team and staff members on the following strategic initiatives

• 3+ years of experience managing software products and services (product management, project management, or solution architect role)
• Experience in market research
• Experience in collecting feedback from customers and partners
• Ability to track key business trends with analytics systems
• Experience in Agile software development and familiarity with tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Understanding of modern technology and its business application: open source, APIs, micro-services, cloud, mobile and AI
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skill
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English
